I grew up in humble beginnings. I started with a pick axe and a shovel
at the age of 4 and.....ok maybe not!! Got my first break in radio when
I was 5 years old. I was at a radio station that my dad worked at. They
put me on the air and ever since I have been in love. I graduated from
Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA where I studied
Communications and then went on to study radio broadcasting at Clover
Park Technical College in Lakewood, WA. After graduating from college,
I went on to be the production director and then the program director
for a cluster of radio stations in Eastern Oregon. That's where The
Bobby D show and the bits that come with it mostly started. I was the
afternoon guy to start but then landed in the morning position.
In my free time I love to cook, coach, watch sports, hangout with
friends, take pictures, coach, wrestle elephants......making sure your
still reading here and watching tv and movies! I am a DIE HARD
University of Washington fan and I love me some TV. I enjoy, The
Office, 30 Rock, It's Always Sunny in Philly, Dr. Katz, Undeclared,
East Bound and Down, Penn and Teller; BS!, Heroes and many many more.
The best way to learn more about me is of course to listen to the show.
Nothing means more to be than spending time with family and friends. I
have the best family that anyone in the world could ever ask for!
