COMPETITIONS

Public:

Competitions on the Gravity Digital Network are open to UK residents only. Overseas entries will not be considered.

If you are under the age of 16 you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before you enter any competition run by the Gravity Digital Network.

You must provide the Gravity Digital Network with your name and contact details (e-mail address and/or telephone number). The Gravity Digital Network will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering competitions, and will not publish them or pass them to any third party.

Only one entry per competition will be accepted per person.

The decisions by the competition's judges are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.

Where the competition has a closing date and/or time, all entries must be received before such date and/or time. Late entries will not be taken into consideration in the selection of a winner. The Gravity Digital Network does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Competitions are not open to employees, volunteers or students (on work placement) of the Gravity Digital Network or their direct family members or partners.

The Gravity Digital Network reserves the right to cancel any competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control.
When entering a competition, the listener may or may not be told whether their answer is correct or not. The winner may be randomly selected from the correct answers. Not all competitions offer the prize to the first correct entrant.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
